Q. How can track my order status?

A. Once your order ships, you will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation
e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package. Don't have your tracking information handy? All you need is the email address you used when you placed the order and your order number and call (914) 882 0965.

Q. Do you charge shipping?

A. The Dolan Gift Company charges shipping based on the total cost of your order. In some cases, an additional fee will be charged for the shipment of oversized or overweight items. For more information of shipping on a specific item please call (914) 882 0965

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Most of the items listed on our site are available in our Fulfillment Center. Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Orders are processed and shipped via UPS Ground Service during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Some orders may require additional processing time due to limited item quantities and/or discontinuation of a particular product by a vendor. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Q. Can I purchase an item that is out of stock on your website?

A. If you are looking for a specific item that is not listed on our site or is temporarily out of stock, simply call us at (914) 882 0965 or email us at customerservice@dolangiftco.com and we will be happy to assist. Some large or fragile items may not be available for shipping directly to our customers but we will work you with to accommodate requests for this merchandise – just ask, we are committed to providing superior service.

Q. Why was I charged sales tax?

A. We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax and in which we have a physical location. We currently have one store in New York. In certain states we are also required to charge tax on shipping charges.
